Delivering Agency: Orlando Fire Department (with SIAU)
Patient Name: Hailey Kimberley LeBlanc
Chief Complaint: Broken leg, possible internal injuries
Medical Concerns: The Patient fell through a roof and then from a two story building. Patient could have more undetermined injuries
Allergies: N/A
Medication Given: Salene, Morphine, Ketamine
Treatment items performed on route: Split applied to leg, backboard, C-collared, IV pushed with the aforementioned drugs.
Notes: The patient is a SIAU Lieutenant and the wife of SIAU Captain Nicholas LeBlanc who was transported with her. Nicholas LeBlanc has notified the patient's daughter, one Abigail LeBlanc and she is on her way to the hospital. Mrs. LeBlanc is booked into Room 138.
